Self-Improvement Insight:Â
One of the worst things about self improvement, living a better life and chasing your potential is how many options you have.
Itâs hard to know where to start, what to do, when to do it
And as such, most people just enter a state of eternal procrastination and never do shit.
However, because of this I actually spent some time figuring out the simplest actions someone can take to live a better life and actually start their self-improvement journey
Now, keep in mind, I said âsimplestâ, I didnât say âeasiestâ.
But thatâs why they work. Thatâs why doing these actions will improve your life.
Anyway, enough blabbering, here are the 5 daily non-negotiables for a better life:
1. Cut out porn
This one should be obvious - you shouldnât be watching porn.
It is completely ruining the way you see sex, relationships and of course, youâre just cuckolding yourself.
Stop watching porn and watch your sex life and general mood skyrocket
Plus youâll no longer waste hours each day trying to find that âperfectâ video and youâll actually be able to get shit done.
Lift heavy shit
One of the best ways to improve every single area of your life is by improving your body.
When you get jacked as shit and actually look physically strong, not only do you feel more confident in yourself but people start respecting you more
And sure, you mightnât like that people respect those who look like Greek gods more, but it is the way it is. You can either play the game or cry about it.
Plus you feel amazing when you look amazing.
Work on your mission daily
When you are working on your mission (whether thatâs your overall life purpose or a current goal you have) you have a direction.
You know which way you are headed in life and you have an objective for your day.
Working on your mission requires hard work, it requires deep work and as such it gives you fulfilment.
Seriously, try working towards a meaningful goal for 1-4 hours each day and observe how damn good you feel.
Block out all negativity (online + offline)
Simple. When you consume negativity all you see is negativity.
Cut it out and leave only positive sources of information and energy and you will begin to only see the positive.
And no, Iâm not into woo-woo shit, this has science behind it - your mind has an information filter that is negatively biased (for evolutionary safety reasons) unless you train it not to be.
Cut out the negativity and fill it with positivity.
Eat more steak
Steak is one of the most nutrient dense foods in the world. Itâs a damn superfood.
Start consuming more of it.
Steak is full of dietary cholesterol, the building block of testosterone.
Steak is also full of plenty of other essential vitamins and minerals like
â˘Iron
â˘Zinc
â˘Magnesium
â˘VB12 & 6
If you don't want to eat more steak, at least supplement the appropriate V&Ms.
Bonus: be consistent MOFO
Look, if you do any of these once, itâs not going to make a difference to your life.
You need to be willing to do these every single day.
These are daily non-negotiables.
These will compound positively over time, just like your bad habits compound negatively over time.
If you want a better life, you need to be consistent.
Simple.

Personal Branding Insight:
One of the biggest reasons I hear for people putting off building their personal brand is that they donât live a life of luxury travel, watches, Lamboâs etc.
Let me tell you something
The personal brands that only post luxury travel, watches and lambos will never be able to relate with their audience.
Their audience doesnât live a life like they do and as such, they canât relate to them, so they never build that deep a relationship with them.
So,
If you start posting online now.
If you start posting online when you arenât stuck deciding which Lambo to drive today, your audience will actually be able to relate to you. They will actually be able to build a deep relationship with you and as such, when you document your journey of getting to the point where youâre deciding which Richard Mille to wear, they will still be able to relate to you - because they started with you when you were at the bottom and you brought them with you to the top.
Donât let your life hold you back from posting. People want reliability. People want authenticity. Give it to them.
